It has been a up and down season for the Eagles this year. Don’t stop believin’ Eagles Fans! Meanwhile, let’s focus on the positive. A patient brought this article to our attention at Rebalance and it’s worth talking about.
The article summarized a variety of reasons why the Eagles tight end is only 1 of 2 (of 17 players drafted in 2007) still playing in the NFL 10 years later after being drafted in 2007. He attributes much of his success to regular sleep, flexibility training and eating well. These seems simple right? Its yet another testament to the simple things that done often can make a difference!
